Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, is a healing technique to quiet the mind and body. Inducing a mental state similar to the state of lucid dreaming, the process of yoga nidra leaves the practitioner feeling refreshed and renewed. The benefits of yoga nidra include relief from insomnia, increased energy, calm emotions, and the deep release of physical and mental stress.
Workshop will include: A brief intro to yoga nidra, gentle yoga stretches, and a guided relaxation while lying on the mat, using blankets for comfort. Suitable for all experience levels.
